Tethering app:
H Band 2.0 – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.veepoo.hband

DECRIPTION:
This P11 smart health band is in the same class as the i7E recently reviewed. Make sure you watch that one as well to get a broad understanding about new ways of monitoring hearth health. Much of this new technology is due to the expertly designed H Band (and H Band 2.0) app. One of the most amazing features of this band/app combination is special Lorenz Scatter Diagrams (scatter plots). In the background, starting at midnight, the P11 begins continuously assessing heart rate variability for placing little dots on an ever evolving scatter plot. It resets itself each night at midnight and does its testing throughout the night. A user doesn’t need to touch anything, just wear the band to bed. Later, when the data is synced with the app, the scatter plot is created. This happens night after night, and can be examined and studied in detail. It’s an extensive X-Y graph of HRV values plotted in a way that allows for irregularities to be instantly viewable.

Important Notices for Heart Monitoring Devices –
BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to produce and evaluate heart wave ECG data. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. Enjoy your new toy, but remember, it is a toy.

  • The review mentions several times the lack of a blood oxygen reader, but neglects to point out that a body temperature gauge is also missing. This is a deal killer, as the two functions are indispensable for staying ahead of the corona virus, which is staging a comeback as I write this.

Well, the pace of product development in China is mind-blowing. Now there’s the successor to the P11 called the P11 Plus. Guess what, it has all-day monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and apparently also blood oxygen and respiratory rate. Not sure about ECG. Yes, it tracks RR, which a lot of its peers don’t. While there’s no mention of red diodes, it claims to use the “pulse wave time difference” method for improved accuracy in measuring oxygen saturation. The various menus on the P11’s screen also appear to have been tweaked. This model has now become a serious contender in the do-it-all sweepstakes. Check it out by searching for JingTider P11 Plus on AliExpress. Note the price!

  • Thanks for the review. I got emailed a promotion to get this watch for $20 (manufacturer's regular price is $49.99 on manufacturer's website) with free shipping through a rewards program, but I thought price was to good to be true. Looks like it's worth a shot.
