  • I love your videos! I researched it and I should have around 1400 calories a day to lose weight slowly. I am wondering how you eat all of your calories in 2 meals as I usually have around 4-6 meals a day? I usually have low blood sugar so that's why I eat often, but wondering your thoughts on losing weight without intermittent fasting?
