  • Hi lacey I am doing IF 16/8 can you still lose weight if you dont have a full clean eating diet. I only have two meals a day I have oats a banana and two eggs for lunch but I have what my kids have for dinner I only use olive oil to cook.I drink loads of water all day I use ACV I dont eat artificial sugars.   • Hi- from Puerto Rico. I found your videos last week. I paid attention to a lot of dettails. Now I have a better idea how to reorganize my weight lost journey back on track. Thanks for being so clear every time you explain how to do or organize meal prep. It helps me a lot. Today (monday) I start more organized on my IF, and my meals. Im doing IF with an open window of 6 hrs. My only question is: Do you have to eat all your calories or you can cut them by the half in the IF? (Im eating 2 meals)

  • Hello ! Thank you. I have set a goal to lose 50lbs in 365 days. (A start) I am 57yrs old 6foot 3 and 308lbs. I am also a Data geek. I have set several Excel spreadsheets to map out this goal. BMI, graphs, daily weigh ins etc. Actual weight trends plotted against what it takes to get to my goal. Makes for a great visual reminder. I am 93 days in with 15 pounds lost. On track so far!

  • I totally agree with you on setting goals. I started in January 2018 to get my ass off the couch and loss some weight. When I started I weighted 244 pounds. Now I weigh 170 pounds and kept it of for 2 1/2 years and I never want to go back to where i was. The biggest thing for me and anyone else that wants to loss the weight is that you have to set your mind that you want to loss the weight. If your mind isn’t in it, you won’t be successful. I started with small goals of getting down to 220 pounds, and I did that by eating better, walking and most of all portion control of my food. I would never just eat one plate, it would be 2 to 3 plates. I had to force my self to stop at one plate of food. That was the hardest thing for me to do. Once I reached 220 pound I set another goal of 200 pounds. I was still doing everything I said above, but included started to run. I could only run about a half mile, before I was totally exhausted. Every week I would try to stretch that half mile a little farther. I was pretty lucky that I had two great friend that were runners and help and encouraged me on how good I was doing and how proud they were that I was sticking to it. They were so impressed with my success, that they were bragging to their friends that I was losing weight and sticking with a goal. As I saw the results of my transformation of my body, my mind and how good I felt overall I wanted to continue this journey. So the moral of the story is to pick a goal in your life that You want to achieve. worked towards those goals until you achieve them. I weigh 170 pounds now and I am running 4 or 5 days a week and have completed 2, half marathons. I love where I’m at today and if I can do it, then anybody can do it to. You just have to set your mind to it and set goals. Thanks for making these great videos.
