  • Love the end about personal integrity! I personally think this is something I need to work on the most. It’s so easy to disregard a promise or commitment to yourself since you’re the only one holding yourself accountable!

  • LOL your story is the same exact as mine! Danced 4-5 days a week my whole life, hit college and gained 15 lbs, hated working out, and now I’ve found some really fun/difficult classes that I really like and I feel STRONG!

  • I have felt so discouraged lately! But I think I'm going to write down what I have done so far too! I quit drinking mountain dew 100%. And recently I have heard that the best way to build confidence is to keep your promises to yourself. That really stuck with me!
