  • Thoroughly enjoyed today's workout. Thanks and God Bless!!

  • Thanks for the exercise but the writings on the screen would not allow us see what you do with your legs. Pls can you shift the writings to the left side of the screen.

  • Thanks very much. Trying out a lot of the videos. Just depends on how much time I have to do it!

  • I’m so glad I found your video, Mike. My only exercise before this was a 30-minute walk which I think was not enough for me. I’m 83 yrs old. I easily get tired and feel some weakness but after doing your exercise for a month I feel good and stronger now. Thank you for helping us.

  • Our first time we will be back

  • I enjoy the workout.Thank you so much.

  • Thank you Mike. Back on it. Keeps me motivated. Thank you

  • Thank you Mike! Love these videos.. doing them since November 2020….I am stronger!

  • Thanks so much for this chair workout for Seniors. Love it!

  • Great wook out for us over 80

  • Back at it again along with your videos I do chair and yoga dance hope this helps with my aches and pains from Fibromyalgia and arthritis i use to have bursitis on my hips and shoulders and after doing chair yoga it all disappeared great videos keep it up

  • I'm only 28 but have a recurring injury and this video has been perfect for allowing me to still do some exercise while working both my arms and legs without putting weight on my knee or moving it in uncomfortable ways – in fact the leg raises combine really well with my physio exercises. I will definitely be revisiting this channel on days when my knee is in pain to keep as active as I can, thank you so much.

  • Dear Mike can u simple surya namaskar.. For all… Old people.. Both on chair n n standing surya namaskar.. Plzzzz… God bless you..

  • What warm up video??!! 🙁

  • Thank you so much for the wonderful workout. It's exactly what I needed!

  • Thank you, I am having hip replacement surgery shortly and this is really helping me prepare

  • This is the best I've ever done; even better than the pulmonary therapy sessions which are covered by Medicare

  • This was my first time doing the 30 min. seated session as I have been doing the seated warm-up then 4 of the 5 min. seated exercises. I must admit I found this one a good bit tougher but I did complete the 30 min. I see now that I had a brief rest between each video when doing the 5 min. sets but I felt I got more exercise from the 30 min. session although it was harder. I'll keep trying the longer one and see if it gets any easier. I could not do the last exercise of holding a knee with both arms as 1) I am not flexible enough and 2) I have short arms ;-). I assume, as Mike says, that we do the warm-up exercise before the 30 min. one as well, right?
